Infants

Infant and Parent Psychotherapy

My work with infants and their parents recognizes how early emotional experiences shape development. I focus on the parent–child bond, helping caregivers understand both their baby’s cues and their own internal responses. Together, we make space for reflection, strengthening the relationship and supporting the infant’s emotional wellbeing during these formative years.

Children

Psychodynamic Play Therapy

I approach play as the child’s primary language and as a window into their inner world. Through the therapeutic relationship and the child’s play, using toys, stories, art or sand, we explore feelings, thoughts, relational patterns, and emotional conflicts. This process supports integration, resilience, and change.

Parents

Parenting Support

My work with parents integrates psychodynamic understanding with practical guidance. Deeper awareness supports more attuned, intentional, and connected relationships with their children.
