ABOUT ME

I specialize in working with infants, children and their families. I believe the process of psychotherapy is a shared experience between a therapist and a client. In our work, we together will create a space where we can reflect on your and your child’s feelings, thoughts and behaviours. I use psychodynamic play therapy and welcome parents into the world of their child. Then, we start making sense of that world together; and change starts happening…

I got my masters degree in Clinical Psychology with special emphasis in child & adolescent psychotherapy. I have been providing therapy services to children and families since 2010. I have extensive experience in working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties; as well as working with expecting and new parents on their infant-parent attachment relationship.

MY APPROACH

I believe change naturally occurs with connection, understanding and awareness. That is why in my work with children and their families I stem from a psychodynamic perspective, and engage my clients in in-depth work. While I use play therapy to provide children with a safe space to bring up, look at and process their difficulties, I closely work with parents to support them while together reflecting and making sense of their child’s world.
